The foundation operates as a grantmaking organization and carries out its exempt purpose primarily through the distribution of grants to qualified charitable organizations. During the year the foundation awarded approximately 40 grants totaling 381,226 to organizations across the United States. These grants supported charitable purposes including healthcare advancement medical research education historical preservation and community-based nonprofit activities. Grant recipients included organizations engaged in improving patient outcomes supporting educational institutions preserving historical resources and strengthening local communities.
