Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	Form 990 is emailed to all USTA board voting members prior to the April 2026 board meeting. At the April meeting a vote to approve the filing is obtained.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c	All USTA board members and employees are required to annually disclose potential conflicts of interest. The Executive Director and President of the USTA Board review the conflicts to determine any required action. Currently two board members cannot vote on board motions that would benefit Community Tennis Associations or USTA National Junior Tennis and Learning programs due to their personal affiliation to these programs.
