Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 To provide low rent housing for the elderly, disabled, and families. Rent is based on 30% of the applicant's yearly adjusted income with the remainder subsidized by USDA/Rural Development. This organization made it possible for 8 families to find safe and affordable housing in the Avoca community.
