What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? West Porterville Pipe Line Company supplies and maintains a culinary spring and water pipe line. The pipe line supplies culinary water to seven families. Shareholders pay a yearly assessment. The money is held in a checking account and used for any repairs and maintenance needed on the spring and pipe line.
