Other program services Part III line 31 Part III Statement of Program Service Accomplishments Line 31a AZISA provides an educational platform to advance a Regional Transmission Organization (RTO). AZISA was created as a bridge to a RTO. We host experts at our board and member meetings to explore the benefits of several RTO like entities including the CAISO EDAM market and SPP Markets+. When Arizona utilities ultimately join such entities, the RTO is the next step. Part III Statement of Program Service Accomplishments Line 31b Gave multiple presentations regarding the potential benefits of an open transmission and organized market for all consumers in Arizona. 9/11/13 ruling ended such activities
