GLOBAL IMPACT IS DESIGNATED AS A PUBLIC CHARITY. GLOBAL IMPACT IS TAXED ON UNRELATED BUSINESS INCOME AND HAS UNRELATED BUSINESS INCOME FROM ADVISORY SERVICES AND INCOME FROM GENEVA GLOBAL. GENEVA GLOBAL IS CLASSIFIED AS AN S CORPORATION FOR U.S. INCOME TAX PURPOSES. AS SUCH, INCOME FROM GENEVA GLOBAL IS PASSED THROUGH TO GLOBAL IMPACT AND IS SUBJECT TO UNRELATED BUSINESS INCOME TAX.
