THERE HAVE BEEN SEVERAL EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES THAT I WOULD LIKE FOR YOU TO CONSIDER IN REGARD TO OUR 2025 TAX RETURN FILING.MY PREVIOUS ACCOUNTANT, JEFFREY MCCRELESS OF MCCRELESS & ASSOCIATES, HAS FILED OUR RETURN FOR MANY YEARS; THIS PAST SEPTEMBER, MR. MCCRELESS SUDDENLY BECAME ILL AND PASSED AWAY AS A RESULT OF HIS ILLNESS. AS THE ONLY ACCOUNTANT IN HIS FIRM, MR. MCCRELESS HANDLED OUR RETURN AND ANY EXTENSIONS PERSONALLY.WE WERE AWARE OF MR. MCCRELESS' PASSING WHEN RECEIVED A LETTER REGARDING MR. MCCRELESS IN OCTOBER 2025. WE REACHED OUT TO INQUIRE ABOUT OUR RETURN AND NOTED THAT MR. MCCRELESS DID FILE AN EXTENSION TIMELY.
