There Shall be no overlapping hours between the employer and the union while the members is working the election. . 6-Garments totaling (1) shirt every (3) years with the local appointed positions after serving one year in the Local Agreement appointed by the Chairperson of the unit. . 7-Amalgamated Ford UAW Local 862 shall pay an hourly Ford non-legacy representative, or member, lost supplemental and retirement contributions, as defined in the Benefits Plans and Agreements Volume III, Ford Motor Company Tax-Efficient Savings Plan for Hourly Employees; Article IV (Contributions), Section 9 (Supplemental Contributions) and Section 10 (Retirement Contributions), only when that representative, or member, is performing necessary duties for, and on behalf of Amalgamated Ford UAW Local 862 during a time for which he/she would otherwise would receive contributions by the employer. The monetary amount of contributions should never exceed the amount which the Amalgamated Ford UAW Local 862 representative, or member would otherwise have received from his/her employer for the same time period for which he/she is being compensated by the Local Union. . |
