Form 990-EZ, Part III - Organizations Primary Exempt Purpose WCREW is the Wisconsin chapter of CREW Network, a national organization representing commercial real estate professionals across all disciplines. Through its programming and initiatives, WCREW creates opportunities to connect, learn, and grow - empowering members to become dynamic leaders and build successful, fulfilling careers. The organization continues to expand its statewide presence through charitable and community-focused efforts, while regularly hosting networking and educational events that support professional development and meaningful industry engagement.
Form 990-EZ, Part III - Statement of Program Service Accomplishments Monthly Board of Directors and committee meetings are held for Membership, Programs, Sponsorship, Impact, U-CREW, Finance, Social Media, and Foundation. WCREW also hosts programs for members and guests to network, exchange ideas, gain industry knowledge, and celebrate the advancement of professionals in commercial real estate. Members receive weekly communications with updates on upcoming events, news and announcements, member spotlights, and available resources. Membership totaled approximately 120 at year-end.
Form 990-EZ, Part III - Statement of Program Service Accomplishments The WCREW Impact Awards recognize real estate development and redevelopment projects that demonstrate excellence in areas such as job creation, economic growth, increased property values, innovative use of space, notable architecture, sustainability, return on investment, and positive community impact. The Woman of the Year Award celebrates the outstanding career achievements of a WCREW member in commercial real estate.
Form 990-EZ, Part III - Statement of Program Service Accomplishments Approximately 38 programs were organized for members and guests to provide education on a variety of commercial real estate topics, offer networking opportunities, and promote the industry.
