Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	The association is a membership based organization governed by a Board of Directors made up of 15 members. A 1/3 of the Board of directors is appointed each year by the entire membership base via a mailed ballot. Candidates each year are solicited from the general membership base. Each elected board member serves a 3-year term.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7b	Each year, the Treasurer's Report is presented to the membership base and is voted to accept or deny the report presented. This vote occurs during the general membership meeting each February.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	The 990 is made available to the governing body each year for their review via a link to a shared cloud drive. They are offered access but following completion and submission.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15	The Board of Directors discusses ant change in compensation for the Executive Director, Communications Director and Accountant bases of the Treasurer's recommendation. THis discussion and vote on any change takes place during an in-person board meeting held each February
