THE ORIGINAL TRUSTEES OF THE ORGANIZATION WERE ELDERLY AND HAD VARIOUS HEALTH PROBLEMS. DUE TO THEIR HEALTH PROBLEMS THE TIMELY FILING OF ORGANIZATION'S TAX RETURNS DID NOT OCCUR. SADLY ONE TRUSTEE PASSED AWAY IN 2023 AND OTHER TRUSTEE PASSED AWAY IN 2025. A NEW TRUSTEE TOOK OVER DECEMBER 2025 AND WORKED TO BRING THE ORGANIZATION'S TAX AND FINANCIAL OPERATIONS IN ORDER. TRUSTEE HAD TO FIND AND COMPILE INFORMATION NEEDED TO FILE PROPER RETURNS. ALL OUTSTANDING PRIOR YEAR RETURNS ARE BEING FILED TO BRING THE ORGANIZATION INTO TAX FILING COMPLIANCE.
