What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? Exempt organization is a business league for healthcare lawyers. We improved business conditions for healthcare lawyers through providing continuing legal education, holding an annual conference focused on healthcare law, and providing scholarships for law students seeking to work in healthcare law.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.

Scholarship event honored 6 law students entering into healthcare law and raised awareness of agency and its programming for persons in attendance. 3.
