The council supported the raising of funds for purchase of and distribution of coats to needy children in the Monadnock region of New Hampshire. Coats were distributed to area schools, shelters, and other charitable organizations for direct distribution to those in need

Schedule D, Part V, Line 4 The Council's charitable account is to be maintained as a quasi-endowment. The intention is to operate the charitable account as if it were an endowment by maintaining the long-term value of the initial investment or corpus. The primary objective for the charitable account is to achieve reasonable long-term capital appreciation, above inflation, with moderate risk. This is anticipated to provide an annual distribution rate of 4% of the average trailing net assets. Such distribution shall be made to the Council to be added to a charitable account. It is the intention of the Council to use such distributions to fund charitable grants and/or charitable activities. A new donation in 2025 provided the Council with additional funds to be managed in the same manner, with the ability to provide scholarships to graduating students.
