Return Reference	Explanation
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	A copy of the completed form will be made available to the Board Treasurer for review and presented to the Board for approval.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c	Board, employee and volunteers are required to complete an annual Conflict of Interest Disclosure Statement to identify any actual, potential or apparent conflicts of interests. The Disclosure includes a signed acknowledgement that they have received a copy of the Policy, have read and understand it, and agree to comply with it. The CEO will review the Disclosure Statements and notify the Executive Committee if there appears to be any conflicts. If the CEO or Executive Committee has reasonable cause to believe that an individual has failed to comply with the policy, the Executive Committee may counsel the person or consider additional corrective action as appropriate.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15a	The Executive Board (3 persons) reviews salary comparables from the Western Association of Convention & Visitors Bureaus along with job descriptions, annual budget, staffing and program responsibilities as compared with the President and CEO's position.
