Explanation

Mandatory distributions (Part III, line 17b)

Post 144 conducts electronic bingo and instant pull-tab bingo for the benefit of its members and bona fide guests. In accordance with charitable gaming regulations under Ohio law, Post 144 can use up to 75 percent of the net profit generated from electronic bingo and instant pull-tab bingo for expenses that help maintain its facility. Ohio law also states at least 25 percent of bingo net profit must be given to a charity contracted by the Post.
