Briefly describe the organization’s mission: The Resident's Association supports the Westminster Canterbury Foundation and the Association's Holiday Fund. These two activities assist employees, care givers, and indigent residents of Westminster Canterbury on the Chesapeake Bay (a continuing life care retirement community in Virginita Beach, Va.)

	1) The Holiday Fund: This program obtains revenues solely by gift contributions from residents, patients, & friends. Each year, the Holiday Fund makes grants to hourly facility staff & caregivers within the overall non-profit Westminster Canterbury Facility. Grants to 550 facility staff & caregivers were distributed in amounts ranging from $50.00 to $1,078.00. The criteria for determining these grants are set forth in guidelines which consider length of service, number of hours worked, & similar factors.

	The "F&J" Program: Proceeds are derived from the sale of decorative arts & crafts (produced by resident volunteers) along with the sale of clothing, furniture, & fixtures, donated or bequeathed by residents. This season, $177,000 was donated to the WCCB Foundation, which works to assist employees, care givers, & indigent residents of the overall facility.

	Bingo Gaming Revenues: This program collects proceeds from in-house resident games, after payouts, which are are then distributed to the WC Foundation for use as described in 4b above. This tax period, the Bingo Program collected $7,205.00 in revenues, paid out $5,705.00 to players, and gave the net of $1,500.00 to the WC Foundation.
