Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 4	We did a thorough review of our Bylaws and had a lawyer confirm the changes in accordance with Texas non-profit law. We also updated our internal operating guidelines. We were advised that our practice of member Bylaw review and approval was incorrect as we were set up as a Board operated organization. We retained some member control however by having the membership vote in key board members.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	Members vote at the annual membership meeting for the core board members (Treasurer, President, VP Trips, Secretary and Membership). A slate is sent in advance of the meeting via email and the vote is held at the meeting.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	The Executive Committee (Treasurer, VP Trips and President) make a preliminary review and then it is passed to all 9 board members for review and approval before filing.
