Management believes there are no material uncertain tax positions that require recognition in the accompanying financial statements. The tax years ending September 30, 2022, 2023, and 2024 are still open to audit for federal purposes. The Organization has a policy to record interest and penalties (if any) related to income tax matters in income tax expense. The Organization has determined that its tax positions satisfy the more likely than not criterion and that no provision for income taxes is required at September 30, 2025. For the years ended September 30, 2025 and 2024, no interest and penalties were recorded.
