ON A MONTHLY BASIS, THE E-CENTER SERVES ROUGHLY 130 INDIVIDUALS PROVIDING OPPRTUNITIES SUCH AS LIFE SKILLS, JOB TRAININGS, AND RECREATION. ADDITIONALLY, THE E-CENTER IS USED TO PROVIDE COMMUNITY TRAININGS FOR FAMILIES, SCHOOLS, AND EMPLOYERS.
