What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? Lapeer Tennis Community Inc. has been organized to promote the growth of tennis as a healthy recreational activity to the Lapeer and surrounding community. It shall be administered the privilege to solicit and obtain financial contributions and grants that provide the necessary funds and in-kind services that support our programming and scholarships provide necessary tennis equipment and contribute to court improvement and maintenance. The outcome of our charitable operation will be judged by its contribution to our healthy sustainable and growing community.

Item B - Amended Return This entire filing was made in error. The form 990N E postcard was previously filed earlier the same day. I spoke with 3 different IRS representatives on the phone and nobody was able to tell me how to resolve the issue other than that I may need to make an amendment to the filing. I am unable to file a blank amended document so I am leaving it as orininally written. However as I previously stated this entire filing was made in error. Please disregard this entire filing and reference the 990N postcard filing which was submitted 2 5 26.
