Changes to governing documents Part V line 34 The HOA Bi-Laws were amended by a vote of the home owners at the annual meeting to allow the HOA to accept non-voting sponsors to attend social events of the HOA. A total of seven sponsorships were approved for faculty and staff of the Atlanta International Schools campus located within the Rivergate subdivision.
