1(a) Coaching: Thrive Church Planting provides coaching and and consulting expertise based on years of experience in the area of planting a new church. There are many challenges along the path to starting and growing a new church. We help new churches navigate those challenges to maximize effectiveness and minimize disruptions.
1(b) Training: Thrive Church Planting conducts individual and group training sessions to ensure the those responsible for starting a new church are equipped with the best available knowledge for success.
1(c) Assessment: It is critical that leaders who have been called to start a new church possess a minimum set of attributes that have been shown to optimize the probability of a good outcome. Potential leaders are taken through a rigorous assessment process to evaluate their skills and character to make sure that they can be successful. This is a core value of Thrive Church Planting.
1(d) Counseling: The health of a new church is directly related to the spiritual and psychological health of the leader. We find that leaders who struggle in these areas end up damaging their marriage and ultimately the church they lead. So Thrive Church Planting provides counseling grants and therapeutic mentoring services to clients as the needs arise.
