Members or stockholder classes and rights Part VI line 6	State Police Associations and those persons therein who comprise the State Police Associations are eligible for membership within the NTC. The term State Police Association shall mean police unions, lodges, fraternal orders, police benevolent associations, and similarly designated organizations whose membership contains sworn officers who are members of their states primary State Police Agency. The Organization also offers Associate and Honorary membership.
Member election for additional members Part VI line 7a	State Police Associations must make application to the Board of Directors in writing detailing their status as their states primary State Police Agency and detailing the membership within their Association. If the Board of Directors accepts the application by majority vote, the applicant State Police Association, and its members therein, will become members of the NTC. The State Police Association will then become known as a Member Organization of the NTC and its membership therein will be known as Members of the NTC.
Governing body decisions Part VI line 7b	Member Organizations represented within the National Troopers Coalition shall have the right to one (1) vote on the Board of Directors.
