The members are notified by mail of the time and place that the meeting will be held. A quorum of 10% of the membership must be present in order for the meeting to be official and business can legally be conducted.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7b	Bylaw changes and other governing decisions must be approved at the Annual meeting with a quorum present.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	The report is prepared and viewed by the Treasurer and Assistant Treasurer and presented to the Board of Directors for review before the return is submitted to the IRS.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15	Compensation for any employee is determined at a monthly Board meeting. The individual whose salary is being discussed will not be present for the discussion or the vote concerning compensation changes. The results are recorded in the meeting minutes.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19	Any or all of these documents are available upon request. The Treasurer must be notified of the request and the documents will be produced.
