Form 990, Part I, Line 2 We do not received grants, but rather fee for service activitites with members. We monitor the use of source of funds and use of funds via an Audit Committee of the Board.
Form 990, Part I, Line 3 We continue to utilize the accural method of accounting for the preparation and reporting of financial statements.
Form 990, Part III, Line 4c ICURN has worked with its members to provide fee for service technical assistance related to credit union regulation and supervision. These activities represented 53% of income ($82,063) and 44% of program expenses ($71,091). Conference registrations and membership dues were 46% of program income ($70,810) and 56% of expenses ($90,328).
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 3 The organization contracts with a consulting company to provide Secretariat services.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6 The organization is a cooperatively owned membership based organziation with each member having one vote.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a Members elect the board of directors and steering committee on a one-member, one vote basis.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7b Change to the bylaws are made by members and the organziation is governed by a board made up entirely of members.
