Pt VI, Line 1a	The four (4) elected Representatives are the only members permitted to make motions and vote upon them.
Pt VI, Line 6	All volunteer firefighters in the Absecon Fire Companies (Approximately 75) are automatically members of the Relief Association once accepted via application to the NJSFA.
Pt VI, Line 8a	Minutes of each meeting are recorded by the Secretary and subject to approval once read aloud at the following meeting.
Pt VI, Line 8b	Committees make their reports during the regular membership meetings which are recorded by the Secretary.
