| Part VI, Line 11a | We have monthly board meeting every month. The monthly reports for the 990 financials and other details are reviewed and voted on for approval by the board members and then finalized before submission to the IRS. In 2025 we gave out just over 66,000 Free Homemade Healthy Meals! On Mondays Tuesdays Wednesdays Thursdays and Fridays we are giving out Free homemade Meals from 4 pm to 5:30 pm inside a closed Clamshell Container over 300 meals per day to the homeless hungry or lonely We also provide a Brown Bag with each free meal container. Each brown bag is packed with a variety of items such as.... Fork Spoon dry napkins wet napkins apple banana apple sauce pudding granola bar crackers cookies peanuts raisins and water. And we give out thousands of water bottles in these hot summer months AND ALL YEAR LONG! We also have a busy food pantry each day. We give out boxes of food to people who have homes but are food insecure. We also have a Free Clothing Ministry every day. Every day we also invite our guests in to attend our everyday Morning Prayer meetings every weekday evening Bible Studies and our new Sunday Church Service and Free Sunday Lunch starting at noon. We are seeing a lot of despair out here on the front lines of poverty addiction mental illness disabilities and homelessness. Our hospitality team members help our guests navigate toward a better life. We pray with them and for them. We get to know them and invite them to get connected with Jesus and with Georgetowns network of sober living group homes. We help them pay their weekly rent and to apply for social health services. We provide a mailing address. We try to connect them with a cell phone and WIFI. We help them find a safe spot to stand sit and sleep somewhere out in the nearby community so they can rest. We provide free water homemade healthy food each day clean clothing each day hygiene supplies bikes bus passes and camping provisions. But sadly finding a place to live for them is near impossible nowadays unless a lot of other things go exactly right. Every day from 10 am to 3 pm we set up tables outside and give out FREE clean clothing and other provisions supplies. We also provide funding for rents and motel fees. Below is a list of our other expenses related to caring for our guests each day. We incurred housekeeping and trash removal expenses each and every day because we are open each and every day of the year. Housing and Trash Removal expenses for 2025 was: 34,848.00 Each and every day we organized a Free Clothing Event. We set up tables and invited all our homeless hungry or lonely guests to shop for free and look through all the clothing items. They were invited to take whatever they needed.
