Pt VI, Line 11b The IRS Form 990 is prepared by an accountant and reviewed by the treasurer prior to being filed. The Treasurer reports to the Board at their monthly meetings and keeps them informed of the IRS Form 990 filing status. The IRS Form is available for review by anyone desiring to example it.
Pt VI, Line 15b The Secretary has served in that capacity for many years without any compensation and has enabled the organization to function effectively. In recognition of the extensive work performed over many years, a decision was made to provide a modest stipend as the Secretary trains and equips several others to assume portions of the work necessary for the continued effective operation of the organization.
