	Suncoast Chapter of the Community Associations Institute (Suncoast CAI) provides a comprehensive program of education, networking, and advocacy to support community associations in St. Petersburg and surrounding areas. The chapter offers educational classes, seminars, workshops, and publications that help homeowners, volunteer board members, community association managers, and industry professionals understand their rights and responsibilities and apply best practices for effective governance and management of condominium, cooperative, and homeowner associations. Suncoast CAI also hosts membership meetings and events that create networking and referral opportunities, connecting associations with qualified businesses and professional resources, including management firms and professionals such as lawyers, accountants, engineers, reserve specialists, insurance agents, and other service providers. In addition, Suncoast CAI supports community association interests through advocacy related to laws, regulations, and governance matters affecting community associations, helping ensure associations have a voice in issues that impact responsible leadership and well managed communities.
