The organization did not conduct any programs during 2025. The organization was on the verge of ceasing to exist as membership participation was almost non-existent. Membership participation for the previous years had been declining to the extent that the organization consisted of 3-5 regular active members. Without active members the organization could not conduct any programs. Without programs it could not raise sufficient funds to maintain its facility. Consequently the facility was sold on 3 January 2025 for $150,000. Closing costs were $11,405, leaving the organization with $138,595 cash asset and no liabilities.
