The foundation conducted no new direct charitable programs during the year. The 2,300 in contributions received in 2025 residual donations associated with prior wine-tasting fundraising and all remaining net assets were preserved for distribution to Austrian-American Council West a 501c3 public charity EIN 95-4168292 which occurred on May 15 2026 in fulfillment of the Plan of Dissolution.
