Pt VI, Line 11b	Detailed financial statement is furnished to each elected National Officer and Trustee for review. These amounts are then reflected on the Form 990. Both the Financial statements and the 990 are available for review by any member.
Pt VI, Line 12c	Each year the Officers and Trustees are required to complete a Conflict of Interest statement which is kept on file at the National Headquarters. Officers and Trustees are required to update the statement immediately should their status change.
Pt VI, Line 19	The governing documents the National By-Laws and National Regulations are approved by the voting delegates at the National Convention. Administrative Orders are presented by the National President in documentation which is in effect for his year. A record copy of each of the above documents, conflict of interest statements, and the financial statements are maintained in the National Sojourners Headquarters for review upon request.
