What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? We are a nonprofit organization committed to strengthening civic awareness and public understanding of elections government processes and policy issues across Wyoming. Our work is grounded in the belief that an informed citizenry strengthens our state our communities and our republic. Consistent with the requirements of Section 501c4 our programs are nonpartisan and focused on public education civic engagement and lawful advocacy around access and transparency in government.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 During the reporting period WyomingFREE provided civic education public information and legislative tracking related to Wyoming elections voter participation government transparency and civic engagement. The organization maintained a public website that received approximately 2,500 visitors published approximately 50 social media posts that generated approximately 23,000 views helped develop educational opinion pieces and public commentary tracked 43 pieces of legislation and provided information to citizens and stakeholders about Wyoming election and governance issues. These activities supported greater public understanding of Wyomings civic processes and encouraged informed participation in public decision-making.
