THE OFFICER WHO WAS IN CHARGE OF THE ORGANIZATIUON WAS UNABLE TO PROVIDE RETURN INFO. TO THE TAX PREPARER BECAUSE SHE WAS DIAGNOSED WITH CANCER AND HAD TO GO THROUGH MEDICAL TREATMENTS.
