THIS IS ACCOMPLISHED THROUGH THE USE OF A CONTRACTED ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER AND SIX MEETINGS HELD ANNUALLY. THESE ANNUAL MEETINGS CONSIST OF ONE IN EACH OF THE FIVE REGIONS, ATTENDED BY THE MEMBERS OF THAT REGION, AND A NATIONAL MEETING ATTENDED BY ALL MEMBERS.
