Explanation:
We originally mailed this IRS Form 990-EZ and Schedule O on 13 May 2025. We were a newly installed Board of Directors and the lady who initially created the online account retired from her union duties as our Administrative Assistance and left us no instructions that we needed to file electronically and where to file. She never left and login or password information. I became the new Treasurer and didn't realize he needed to e-file, so I mailed it to the IRS. WE received a letter back from the IRS on 13 July 2026 saying we needed to e-file but didnt know what to do. We called the IRS 800 numbers and they always said we are overwhelmed, please call back tomorrow. We finally checked with our union, and they gave us the to file with Form990Online. We called the retired office manager and were able to reset the password to get into the system to file.
