Form 990, Part XI, Line 9	The Local is in the Process of Purchasing and Renovating a New Office Building to replace the Current Rental Property at 5 Hill Street. This New Structure should be completed by the End of the 2026 Tay Year. The local has been paying for the building and all renovations by providing labor and using the sale of investments and withdrawals from savings to pay for all of these expenses and renovations, in the current year the expenses were $356,323.00.
