Board of Directors; Section 2 maximum number of additional Directors Section 2. Composition. The Board of Directors shall be composed of the elected Officers of this chapter plus at least three 3 but no more than a maximum of fourteen 14 other voting members. ARTICLE VI. Officers; Section 5 changed from President Elect to Vice President and addition of ARM and ACoM certifications to serve as an officer. Section 1. Elected Officers. The elected Officers of this chapter shall be: President Vice President and Secretary and Treasurer Section 2. Term. The Officers shall be elected annually by the voting membership of this chapter and shall hold office for one 1 year or until their successors have been elected. Officers may be nominated and re-elected for consecutive terms in the same office. Section 3. Removal. Any Officer may be removed from office by a two-thirds vote of the voting members of this chapter present at a duly called meeting provided that all voting members are notified in writing of the action to be proposed at least thirty 30 days prior to such meeting. Section 4. President. The President who must be a CPM ARM or ACoM shall preside at all chapter meetings and at all meetings of the Board of Directors. The President shall perform all duties usually pertaining to such office as may be prescribed by the Board of Directors and shall be a member ex officio with right to vote of all chapter committees. Section 5. Vice President. In the absence of the President the Vice President who must be a CPM ARM or ACoM member shall perform the duties of the President and shall also perform such other duties as the President or Board of Directors may prescribe.| |
