Part VI, Line 2	Directors with a family relationship: George and Marcy Williams both board directors are married to each other. Harry and Dena Abell both board directors are married to each other. Mark and Leisa Cagle both board directors are married to each other.
Part VI, Line 4	The Bylaws as amended March 18 2025 added term limits for board directors. In addition any city county or state public official or candidate for public office was deemed ineligible to be a board director officer team chair or team vice-chair.
Part VI, Line 11a	Organizations process to review Form 990: The treasurer provides each director with a copy of Form 990 for review. The Form 990 is approved by the Board of Directors at the March meeting prior to submission.
Part VI, Line 12c	The Alliance for Dade Bylaws contain a Conflict of Interest Policy. Officers Directors and all employees are required to sign a Conflict of Interest Policy Statement annually and to disclose interests on a case-by-case basis as the need arises. The Board of Directors monitors and enforces compliance as the need arises.
