Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c	The credit Union is small and in a small town. Business venders do not change very often. When a new vender is considered, the governing body reviews any possible relationship and addresses it at that time.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15	An evaluation of the Manager is conducted annually by the governing body.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19	The 990 Report and Financial Statements are available upon request. If a request is received, copies of the requested reports will be available in 60 days.
