Summary of Direct Charitable Activities
List the foundation’s four largest direct charitable activities during the tax year. Include relevant statistical information such as the number of organizations and other beneficiaries served, conferences convened, research papers produced, etc. Expenses
1 Fundraised defined the specifications for procured and upgraded a trailer for the Priceville High School Band. This 24-ft pull behind trailer allowed the 90 members of the band the band director and the section leaders to securely transport band equipment from the school to the football field and to multiple competitions and away games. Within this charitable activity funds also covered the purchase of performance carts for the bands sound system allowing it to be transported safely in the new trailer. Funds also covered an update to an existing small trailer that will be used for smaller events. 25,500
2 Provided funds to the Priceville High School Band Director so that all of the members of the Priceville Band could be registered for the Alabama Band Masters Association Solo and Ensemble spring event and receive recognition for their performances.
