Part VI, Line 4	ByLawsChange - Article I Section 6. Added Section 6a - Qualified reasons to be excused from meetings to match the criteria of the IAM Constitution. Article II Section 1 - Added Section 1a. Any officer removed resigns or dies during their term but has served more than half of the term a vote will be held at the next meeting for replacement. If less than half term an election will be held at the Union Hall following the 60 day notice per the constitution. Article II. section 7 -Added Womens Human Rights Veterans and Young workers committees to Section 7 to serve the calendar year after being formed. Article II section 11 - Circular 787 is obsolete. Replaced with Circular 891. Article IV Section 3c - changed provisions for returning from travel from home airport to place of residence. 12 hours prior to start of shift.
