| Form 990-EZ, Part V, Line 33 | Taxpayer experienced a Casualty Loss in July 2025. The electric company inadvertently blew up their own transformer which is located in parking lot of Columbian Club. This caused power to go out due to pole wirers and underground connection to get fried. The electric company is not claiming responsibility and the insurance carrier denied the expense claim due to it being located in the parking lot and not in the building. Taxpayer was forced to get an SBA loan in order to pay the $35000 to the electrician to reestablish electric to the building. |
