	THE PURPOSE OF THE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CENTER IS TO INCUBATE SMALL BUSINESS. THE CENTER HAS HELPED MANY COMPANIES TO OUTGROW THE CENTER. THERE ARE CURRENTLY TWENTY ONE TENANTS.
