Pt VI, Line 15a	The Board of Directors annually review and decide whether or not it is appropriate for any individual to receive compensation. This is basically an Organization run and controlled by volunteers.
Pt VI, Line 10b	The Organization has several local chapters. The local chapters operate under approved bylaws which they are required to follow. In addition, each chapter has a representative on the Board of Directors to report activites on the chapter activities.
Pt VI, Line 11b	Each Board member is given a copy of the 990 when completed in draft form. The members have several days to review and then provide corrections or comments.Then the 990 is finalized after consideration is given to all questions and comments.
