Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19	The governing documents are regularly made available to interested parties when they ask for information about the club - it's part of the information package we send out. The Treasurer presents financial reports at the membership meetings at every monthly meeting and visitors interested in the club operation are invited to join the meetings. The secretary keeps a mailing list of interested parties (non-members) and forwards the meeting invitations to this list prior to every meeting. Copies of the financial reports are made available upon request at these meetings.
