They present either new members officers to the board or re-elect those board officers that are up for reelection and general membership votes at this election the third week of April each year at their annual business meeting.

Part IX, Line 24e	Every week of the school year 2 semesters 14 weeks each 4000 dollars is spent on food for meals provided for the brothers by our chef the one employee who is paid. Lunch and dinner is served 5 times a week Monday through Friday brunch is served on Saturdays and breakfast supplies and snacks are also bought. Every week there is a tight budget of 4000 that is met every week.
