Part IV, General | Explanation:| This organization is maintained by the members on a volunteer basis. We occasionally hire high school aged kids to do odd jobs but none make enough to report those earnings. WE have a committee of volunteers who mow the fairways. We do not water the fairways so mowing is at a minimum. Our greens are artificial and require very little maintenance. This is why a single membership annual fee was just 150.00 and an entire family could belong for just 200.00.
