What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? Support our military veterans and active-duty members.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 Promote patriotism with activities for our members, their families and the local community. Provide rent free use of our Legion Hall for scouting, 4-H Club, and other youth and fraternal organizations. Also allow Hall rent free us for benefit and military funeral luncheons. Sponsor American Legion Department of Ohio Buckeye Boys State delegates by paying for their tuition expenses. Conduct annual Ohio Legion provided Americanism and Government knowledge testing for local high school students.
