There are currently 13 independent elected voters. Of the elected voters, 5 are compensated officers. The compensated officers are the President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer. Part VI, Line 11b The President reviews the prepared Form 990, prior to submission. However, no Executive Board Member, except the President, and Treasurer undetakes any review of the form either before or after filing. The filed form is available to the Executive Board and Trustees, for review. |
